This is fantastic! I want to eat here. It’s true what she says. Korean restaurants are not kosher, at all. Everything has some form of seafood. One of my favorite dishes is Doenjang jiggae, which has clams and shrimp normally in the broth. Kimchi, unless made vegan, has shrimp sauce. I got used to making my own stuff, and I borrowed a lot of recipes from korean culture to make at home but kosher. I find that you can make pretty much anything kosher and not miss out!
