I saw an ad once, it was a period tracking app and it's called flo. Your profile and it's icon are almost identical too🧐

You can actually do something similar in procreate itself by going to the round brush in the painting section, change the pressure settings so that the opacity is always 100%, and then change the picture for the brush itself to any image or emoji from your camera roll. After you’re done you can reset the brush settings

ik how to do the colorpick thing just go in ibispaint x, add the noise filter, set strength and amount to 100, use the special tool, use expand, set the size to big, and hold
