It might be 2018 but games still aren’t viewed in the same light as other forms of media. Maybe you don’t already - in which case feel free to stay for the fun of it - but here are 5 reasons you should stop feeling guilty for playing games.

Honestly, if it weren't for gaming idk if I'd be happy at all nowadays. Between having a speech impediment and generally being socially awkward (plus the anxiety coming from both of those) I never made any real friends in school. But I met plenty of people through gaming who I'm now closer to than any of the people I actually could talk to without being mocked or feeling like I was being criticised for my speech. The friends I made through gaming have helped me through my most difficult times, and have my full respect.

Video games taught me english. Im not the best at it but i do speak fluently. Spoken to many people without any problems.

My PC broke 2nd semester in college and with tuition, I was unable to fix it. My GPA that semester was my lowest yet. I constantly slept because school was tiring and stressful. The only reason I didn't sleep was when I came home to play video games for the rest of the day. I fixed my PC and I'm finally back on track to good grades and learning from video games as well.

When I started playing dark souls my grades started to rapidly grow because of my better approach to failure and I could better cope with stress

This is weird.. Why isn't there one single negative comment, and some of them bigging up Logitech in really strange unnatural language, like in a way that seems kinda unlike normal YouTube comments...
