Congratulations to my fellow Indians and all the other nations for India's successful Chandrayaan 3 mission.

This corresponds with an earlier report on India's education system that now serves 99% of India's population which is up from the previous 30%‐35% norm. Kudos to India!

I come from a really poor background in india. Seeing my country go to mars made me really proud, it is in an inspiration for millions in our country and instills hope that our country can once again become the great civilization it once used to be. 🇮🇳

Finally, Dr. Tyson said something positive about India! I have never heard him acknowledge or speak about the contributions of ancient India to mathematics, chemistry, metallurgy, astronomy, medicine, etc.

Oh yes, ISRO (equivalent of NASA) has sent a moon lander a few days back and every Indian was proud of the launch of the rocket carrying the Chandrayan 3. Scheduled to land on moon by last week of August.

"Indian core values are based on Sanatan Dharma, and we have been the most advanced civilization for over 5000 years. We are still discovering and have only reached about 5% of what our ancestors achieved. Imagine our 1000-year-old sages reaching different planets within seconds. I can't stop explaining how incredible our ancestors were. Anyhow, we have that knowledge in our DNA; we just need to know how to access the information. India is lagging behind in that discovery.

Soon, INDIA is going to be a world leader. That's all I can say now with high confidence."

No matter what progress is made in any country in any field it can and will be undone by increasing the population beyond what the resources are to support that number of people.

Though I am proud of my country India, I am a bit sceptical about this. What is making Neil say this? On what data is he making this assumption? I really want to know.

All people from India aren't actually enthusiastic about space and science, it's the society which imprints these ideas and basically determines that we might not have a better life of we don't focus on these " luxury cool jobs"

Don't forget salesmanship. Tell all the investors you've solved the next great energy solution and they'll be handing you money. Just say, "in 30 years." You won't go to jail.

Cannot enforce technology without sticks and stones. Time moves both directions simultaneously, forwards and backwards. Be careful of the technological advancements that moves you backwards faster than forwards. Might end up in the stone age again. Movies move backwards and forwards.

In 1969 I watched live as US astronauts walked on the Moon.
Now I watch live as the US becomes a weak, Woke, embarrassing mess with a President that can't do the job.
