I will tell you what evidence was destroyed by TMC's Kolkata Police :-

1. Adminstration made the patient party wait for over 3 hours before handing them over their daughter's body. You had ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT TO DO SO, especially when the College authority had initially informed them of a 'suicide'. What were you trying to do for more than 3 hours?

2. Adminstration was in such a hurry to burn the victim's body without ever giving a second autopsy. Even the parents were against this. What was the rush?

3.Why X-Ray was not done? To know if a bone is broken, you have to do an x-ray, right? OR SO YOU ARE TOTALLY UNAWARE OF SUCH A BASIC THING?

4. Why the adminstration haven't recorded Dr. Sandeep Ghosh's statement? Administration should have done that first, especially when he is so shadily associated with the entire case. Even the High court of Calcutta had asked the same question.

5. What was such a hurry to reconstruct the so-called 'rest' room, when it had not been done in years and suddenly, just next to the crime scene, PWD decided to reconstruct a rest room.

Can DNA samples—hair, nails, blood, and semen—not be present there? How do I know? Administration SHOULD HAVE SEALED THE ENTIRE FLOOR.

6. Last but not least, where is the CCTV footage where you so confidently claim that you all have the accused? Show it to us. MAKE THE INVESTIGATION TRANSPARENT. Why haven't you done so? You know, voices like mine will keep asking these questions until and unless adminstration respond. so YES WE HAVE NO FAITH IN Administration AND The Law... 

Yes, we believe the evidence has been tampered with, and we will keep on believing this and keep on questioning the administration.

This particular college has had many cases such as
1. Few years ago an intern took her life by jumping of the building.
2. A professor from this college was seen dead in his home and the body was found after being decomposed a little.
3. A student dies from drug overdose.
4. And also how many allegations the principal has and how he would be reappointed every single time.

There is so many suspicious things happening here and god knows how many are unheard

Thank you Mohak.. Thank you for addressing this deep concern... We are tired of this things in our states. This is happening with us for the last 40 years. We are not changing. Once Bengal was known for its fiercely attitude today we are just joke to the whole country. As a Bengal citizen I feel ashamed. We are happy with less where we should fight for more. 😊
