My illegal immigrant neighbor just sold his house and is all packed awaiting his flight back to Venezuela

why does South America gets priority for immigration to the U.S.? I'm a legal immigrant and our family waited 10 years, in our country, to get invited to the U.S. We are contributing to the U.S. economy currently. If you respect the U.S. laws, you would apply and wait patiently. They obviously have no regards for American laws.

What is the rational for not deporting individuals who 1. Came illegally 2)have orders of removal and 3) have criminal records? Too much compassion is the liquor of fools.

So tired of Trump! 😡 now he’s going to make all registered Democrats take in a migrant family. I can not do it! I don’t have the room! This is insanity.

I don’t blame Americans for being angry about ever increasing costs, of everything. I’m mad too. Historically, a squeezed & economically marginalized populace will project their anger onto the immigrant, a handy scapegoat.

Where's the money coming from that will pay for rounding up hundreds of thousands of people and returning them back to their native country?

Are they going to have authorities start checking everyone for proof of legal status? Because documentation is the only way to prove your status.

How do you return people to countries that won't take them back?

What is the plan to get new workers trained to replace the deported ones that had developed a skillset for the job?

According to recent data, approximately 65 million people in the United States rely on welfare programs, with around 40 million individuals receiving food stamps (SNAP) benefits, signifying a significant portion of the population utilizing government assistance programs, and were worried about a few illegal immigrants. SO NOW THESE PEOPLE CAN GO WORK IN THE FIELDS TO EARN THAT WELFARE CHECK

It is not Supposed to. The GOP Congress will revamp Americas Lousy Immigration laws. I am looking for America to have the Toughest Immigration laws in the world. I also expect them to put a 10 Year long lower limit from the over 600, 000 it is now to around 50, 000. Then in 10 Years we can cone take a look. Remember the Illegal Alien issue and the Immigration issue are not connected. They are 2 completely different issues.

Honestly. These guilt trips feel like a con. If this country doesn't follow through with its plans then what does that make us ? It makes us a weak nation, and eventually the problem dominates unless we do something about it. This common sense in all aspects of life.
