Smoked a 17 lbs beef brisket today, and it’s done, but company won’t be here for 2 hours. How can I keep it warm and assure it’s ready when we’re ready to cut it?

Just put it in the oven at its lowest setting. Usually 170*.

Thanks for the video I never heard of soaking the towel but I have heard of putting boiling water in the ice chest for an hour and then draining it then add your brisket

Hi, when the meat is in the cooler, where do you probe the thermometer, in the meat or in the towels?
Thnx for the video.

Only thing that matters in the barbecue world is if it was smoked on a offset smoker by steady temperatures, back and forth adding wood and maintaining heat and clean smoke 💪💪👍💯SMOKE OVENS DONT COUNT🤔
