I'm 45 years old and when I was a kid when I seen the silence of the lambs which I had parents that were oblivious to ratings on films. Hannibal Lecter was the star and terrified me for a month. I seen Anthony Hopkins on a interview when I was a teen and he said he reads a movie 🎬 script 50 times over! Oldschool Gentlemen 🚹

You are so right, Sir Anthony.
As a man of advancing age, of average fitness, but a belief and determination second to none, I suffered a stroke last year leaving me without the use of the right side of my body. Foot, all of the leg, hand, all of the arm, and shoulder, and during the time I spent in hospital I also suffered a heart attack. Everyone said I'd be bed ridden for the rest of my life. Oh yeah?
1 year on and with the aid of a stick I walked to my local shops - a mile away - and back. I have limited use of those limbs, but I do have SOME use (I did all my shirt buttons up, unaided, for the first time last week). I can raise my right arm to shoulder height, hold a cup in my hand, and shower myself.
Because I BELIEVED that I could. I believed with every fibre of my being. I believed for my wife and family, for my friends, and for people I've never known who may read this and take some inspiration.
Yes, Sir Anthony, believe... and keep on believing.
