Ingredients:
• 300g Oreo Cookies
• 100g Melted Butter
• 250 ml Heavy Cream
• 200g Dark Chocolate
• Dark Chocolate Flakes
FOR THE BASE
Step 1:
Prepare the crust by crushing the biscuits into crumbs. Add the melted butter and mix until well combined.
Step 2:
Press down on the crumbs to form the base. Put into the fridge to chill for 1 hour while prepare the chocolate filling.
FOR THE FILLING
Step 3:
In a medium saucepan, bring cream to the boil. Remove from heat, add the chopped chocolate and let it rest for 5 minutes. Stir until dissolved.
Step 4:
Pour chocolate filling over Oreo crust, and decorate with some chopped Oreo cookies and chocolate chips. Chill for 2 hours at least, preferably overnight.
