As someone with Tourette's it's extremely annoying when people fake it. Actually any faked mental conditions are terrible.

Restaurants: Since you did people at restaurants, maybe this could be good?
For example (and from past experience):
The ice cream machine at mcdonald’s is broken 🍦
Chick-Fil-A workers are really nice but night get your order wrong
Wendy’s is out of everything
Cracker barrel has cool stuff on the wall and ceiling and is really hearty so it fills you up fast but you still want to finish it because it’s delicious and you don’t want to be rude
Maybe do a video on people grocery shopping?

The person who says he doesn’t need a cart but ends up needing one
The person in math questions
The people who are rushing to the clearance section
The person with the kid watching baby shark on an ipad really loud and following you
The person who always get starbucks at target

Also a beach one.
