Saying that all women would know about okra water if it did work is also forgetting that big pharma doesn’t like when we choose natural herbs and remedies for our health. We are the government’s bank account. There should be more push on natural remedies instead of us knowing there are epidurals and pitocin at the hospital unfortunately.

Dear maybe it's new to you in the US but its not new in Africa, yes there isnt enough research but that isnt to say its not effective or beneficial. And okra water is almost tasteless.

I have started drinking ochro water in July and i am due anytime i believe it assisted in preventing me from.getting edema, gestational diabetes and preeclampsia. As for labour we will see how it goes
