Hard to argue the high points. All my clients who own the hybrid love it. It’s good to have “smaller” size and “Grande” size for options

This is one of the better new Toyotas to buy. Still super reliable. You don't have to worry about it blowing up, the transmission failing or the airbags killing you.

Our Highlander Hybrid is a perfect family vehicle for our 2 kids and a dog. Goldilocks size and very comfortable make it great for road trips and the efficiency means it can double as a commuter.

I saw a couple Bronze editions and loved the wheels.

I got the hybrid Santa Fe because Toyota was charging too much and they were never in stock. Love my SF. Much roomier than Highlander. $40k out of the door. 10 yr warranty. Paid $40k.

This is the only regular highlander to get at this point. Especially if you are anti turbo.

Always love your reviews....you cover a lot.
You provide useful info in a manner that's
not terribly time consuming. Thanks 🙂

Not bad in overall. Interior design looks like Zack said “old”. At least you get a good gas mileage. Great Andrea! ☕️☕️

Would have liked the hybrid, but needed the tow capacity and bought the last year with the V6. Our other car is the RAV4 hybrid.

2022 highlander is the strongest car ever. Very strong, reliable and the car can live forever . Hybrid and new ones after 2023 not sure since the engine is much lower

Toyota might not publish torque but Lexus does. This is the same engine as the RX. It’s got 233 lb ft. The problem with the highlander isn’t that it’s too small it’s that it’s too big. The first generation was a perfect size. Subsequently, it morphed into essentially a minivan in SUV shape.

Zack, I have a 2023 Hylander Hybrid Platinum that I drove from southern Ontario to PEI and back and I averaged 41 MPG all the way there AND back. I was shocked about the return trip given I was more or less going against the wind. Excellent fuel mileage however I also decided on the first day to always use premium fuel and now that I’ve had time to try it, I will always use premium. I get about another 100kms out of it per fuel up.

Thanks to your recommendation. I bought a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid all-wheel-drive. Hyundai is miles of head of Toyota on technology and value for the money. Trust me I used to be a loyal Toyota fanboy not anymore. Toyota better lookout. My Santa Fe is far better than any Toyota that I’ve ever owned! The Santa Fe is much quieter than the Highlander. The tech and the standard features leave Toyota in the dust. If I was Toyota, I would be very worried. Yes I’m aware of the issues with the 2.5 turbo with the transmission. That’s why I bought the hybrid instead. Just went on a 3000 mile road trip, zero issues with my 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL, all-wheel-drive hybrid! Highly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a few efficient third row SUV.

Huge Toyota:Lexus fan but I don’t like what dealerships are doing with predatory sales tactics. When we get out fleet vehicles, Toyota dealerships in Vancouver will be crying like hyenas when all their loyal customers went elsewhere 😅😅
