Holy crap. Concrete is double the going rate. I’ve gotten 2 slabs and both were less then half this. $6 per sqft a year ago and 4 months ago approx $7 sq ft 40x50 5”. An y’all charging $14 sqft? Gaw damn. Getting drive way next week 30x 110 still $7sqft sheesh
