Those itmes you picked up are probobly from Achievements or just that you are not Premium. You need to be premium to trade. To get premium buy something from mannco or buy tf2 retail (20$) or let a friend trade u the copy

Guys! you need mobile phone auintheticator and you need double steam guard thingy cuz then you are fully secured
and check if the item is tradable! i hope i helped
