Guys! The turmeric cumin pills do get rid of granuloma annulare, I’ve been taking it for almost a month now and they’re going away, they’re all turning back into my normal skin colour. THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO 😩!

Thanks so much. I am going to try this. You are the most informative person I have found so far on GA!

Thank you so much for this information. I am 53 and have had GA for six years. Medications the dermatologist have given me have done nothing. Also my mother had GA. Doctors have said it's not hereditary but here we are. Lots of love, Cindy

For granuloma annulare, the chaulmoogra oil does not fail, they healed me in about a month. It is an oil from India that even treats leprosy, it can be bought in amazon.

I've been taking turmeric pills and have been doing a tumeric scrub. It has honestly helped out so much. I add sea salt, turmeric, honey and olive oil to make the scrub. The only downfall is that my shower is yellow now lol. I do it every few days.

I take a tumeric paste and it helped my GA alot and I still take it today for the last 5 years, I also used a coffee scrub that has helped my skin for many years. The coffee scrub has other ingredients in it.... like coconut oil brown sugar and cinnamon, I have been using it every week for the last 5 years. It has kept my GA at bay and I also went to the tanning salon once a week for 10 minutes util it clear up.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the turmeric. At first I thought it was ringworm so I tried a homemade topical remedy of turmeric and coconut oil. It's been slowly clearing up. I will take your advice about the Kefir.

I’ve had GA since I was 6 and I’m 21 now. I used to have them in various places like the side of my elbow, under my arm, on my foot and I’ve had it on my right middle finger since I can remember. It kind of jumps around on my finger like clears up in one area and then moves to another area on my hand. I’ve used creams when I was younger but nothing ever helped so I’m hoping these products will work for me! Thank you!

For me, it was only intermittent fasting that took away my GA. However, it’s now back after five years because of vaccines and body stress. I take turmeric, I’ve been taking it for many years as well as probiotics and they don’t really have an effect on my GA. When I did a five day fast, it seemed to take every single circle rash away. Both myself and my adult daughter have it so it’s definitely a genetic autoimmune disorder. Started with hormone fluctuations during pregnancy for both of us. I don’t do long fasts anymore, just twice a week. Maybe I need to try the long fasts again.

I’ve had GA since I was 10 it was so bad when I was younger and I took medicine and tried cremes and nothing worked for me. It eventually went away over time but comes back and then fades again. I have no clue what caused mine but it’s very frustrating 😟 so thanks for sharing I’m going try this out.

Thank you for the videos. I used to get GA as a child, and now, 50 years later, it has reappeared. I am taking turmeric daily, but it seemed to have little effect. I went to a dermatologist, and she recommended a prescription-strength steroid (5% instead of the 1% etc ointment. This actually seems to be working. I will let you know if it fully works (or does not). Thanks again for bring GA to light.

Oh my goodness, this is amazing info and I am headed out to buy these products right now. I have struggled with GA for almost 2 years and my dermatologist could not believe how bad mine was. He sent me for a CT scan of my abdomen and pelvis because he said that they have found people with widespread GA to have lymphoma....thank goodness my scan was negative for that. I’ve even seen a doc in Hemotology who ran testing and the weird thing is that one of the immune response tests came back positive the first time and negative the second time, so the doc said it made sense to them that GA was an auto immune response to an inflammatory process going on in my body. I am in menopause so your video makes perfect sense to me about hormones. Thank you so much for this video because you will help more people than you know 🙂

I have a question do you have any other autoimmune diseases that you know of? GA is an autoimmune disease and often isn’t the only one people have. I have Hashimotos and GA. Great little video btw :)

I think it's an appalling reflection on the medical profession that a civilian like yourself knows more than my dermatologist here in 🇬🇧.
You're right, btw. It's DEFINITELY a gut-related/inflammatory issue and it has to be treated from the inside out. It doesn't surprise me that your system works. Well done.
If you could also get the British (and American) medical professions off their fat asses to actually do solid research, that would help too.

My GA is really bad . I use to make my own kifer years ago, and I stopped. Needless to say, that is about the time everything got really bad. Thanks for reminding me. I am subscribing to your chanel.

Thanks for sharing, wondering if I have this problem and- even thobim a guy- still think this is worth a shot... Im not 1 to run to pharmaceuticals immediately which is all any dr knows how to do these days, unfortunately

I am following an autoimmune protocol and it seems that after a few months it lightened a tiny bit. The Autoimmune protocol (AIP) is mostly based of diet, and its supposed to be a gut-healing anti-inflammatory process. So i definitely see that its an inflammatory response.

I was exploring the idea of light therapy but i too get slightly darker spots in the heat and sun so im nervous about it. Im going to try the probiotics and turmeric. i didnt catch how much you used though. Is there a certain dosage you can suggest? And before/after photos? how long did it take for it to go away? thanks so much for having these videos on youtube. I feel so alone
