Let's assume that mithras in Jesus actually were sounding very alike. There were a lot of ships that were reported to sing that never sank but then we had the sinking of the Titanic. Just because there's fake stories about other ships that didn't actually sink doesn't mean that a ship can't sink or that the idea came from other sources therefore it can't be true that the Titanic sink. No one would argue that but they try to argue that with Jesus

You can pray that God especially blesses and protects all areas and parts of their marriages, so that they will not be tempted to look elsewhere.
Also please God bless their marriages especially so that they can be a model and example for other Christians.

The undeniable difference between the two is the evidence. There is overwhelming real evidence for Christ, and only mythology for Mithras. That sounds like to me we shouldn't even consider a comparison between the two. As far as I can see Mithras has no evidence to back it up. But Christ is undoubtedly true.

What if in this instance both the believer and non believer are incorrect? When you study Greek, Roman, Scythian, Zoroastrian, Semitic and Persian mythologies you will see that Abraham, Moses, and Jesus resemble stories of many mythologies of the Mediterranean and black sea region. Perhaps Jesus is a deity to end all deities. An amalgamation which draws many cultures to the cognitive dissonance and mental enslavement under one leadership. Christians roll their eyes when they're told by a non believer Jesus is actually god A. When in reality Jesus is really gods A-Z.
