Nick Gross is the founder of GrossLabs, a multi-dimensional entertainment and media holding company and the active CEO of Find Your Grind, a Gen Z education and self discovery platform.

Nick has had an extensive music career as the drummer for Sony Epic and MTV recording artist Open Air Stereo, and more recently, Half The Animal, which has toured nationally. He has parlayed this success in the music industry into a career as an entrepreneur within both the music and entertainment industries.

Nick founded Find Your Grind helping students discover who they are, where they are going and how to get there. Find Your Grind started hosting nation-wide speaking tours in high schools and major college campuses w/ partners Amazon, TikTok and more.

In addition to Find Your Grind, Nick founded Big Noise Music Group with acclaimed music producer John Feldmann and Vagrant/BMG executive Jon Cohen. The music division is supported by Gross' multimedia recording studio, The Noise Nest. He is a board/advisory member of global esports organization Rekt Global and Team Rogue.
