Following the reboot, the DigiDestined must try to reconnect with their Digimon; a feat proving a bit difficult for Sora and Biyomon. And, when an attack by Machinedramon spreads the entire group out across the Digital World, the DigiDestined and Digimon may have to redevelop their friendships without the help of their teammates.

The adventure now evolves once again...

This new English song sucks. They should have stuck with the original punk rock songs. Old fans would appreciate the nostalgia

That backbeat track is pretty shit, but I'm liking the vocal work here.

Man, I REALLY hope Shout! Factory gets to keep the dubbing rights to Digimon. They did a perfect job by staying faithful to the original Japanese script, and not censoring anything. Plus, coming soon (in 2020, or later) is a new feature-length movie that serves as the sequel to Digimon Adventure tri., and the DigiDestined are, once again, aged up (example: Tai and Matt are now 22 years old).

I also hope they let Vic Mignogna keep his role as Matt. #IStandWithVic

Yes!!! The next chapter of the Digimon Adventure Tri. Saga, Chapter 4: Loss are Now in theaters and Coming Soon to Blu-ray combo pack, Tuesday, April 24th, 2018, which is 2 days after Earth day Celebration.

All thanks to TOEI and Toei Animation, the final chapter of the Digimon Adventure Tri. saga, Final Chapter: Our Future, which is Coming Soon to Theaters, May 5th, 2018 (as Cinco de Mayo Celebration) in Japan, while the last 2 chapters of the Digimon Adventure Tri saga in the United States:

*On May 10th, Chapter 5: Coexistence.
*Then, On September 20th, Final Chapter: Our Future.

And that leads to the events of Digimon: Season 3 (a.k.a. Digimon Tamers). You'll never see anything happen, you'll see everything!

Right, ToeiAnimationUS and Shout! Factory?

Hackmon's deep voice is unfitting; he kind of sounds like the narrator at the beginning of the first two tri. films or Meiko's father.

I refuse to believe that this memory loss thing is real and canon! That breaks my heart! They've been through so much together and now all of a sudden everything is erased and they have to start from scratch??? What is the point of that? The only thing making me feel better is the Season 2 finale of them all together with their Digimon as adults like old times. Just hoping now that that isn't just a result of them reinstating their friendships from this. If they were going to do something as heartwrenching as this, they should have just left well enough alone with the Season 2 finale as a happy ever after. Sora and Biyomon were always my favorite pair from this show too and now I see this friction??

Sorry, I had to rant. lol I just found out this stuff now. This show was my thing as a kid and I was so excited that the original characters and voice actors came back, making me feel all nostalgic, but this memory loss thing ruined it for me entirely. I really hope they somehow get their original memories back in the final installment (if they haven't done so already...I haven't watched these in their entirety). :'(

I'm just going to keep Seasons 1 and 2 in mind now.

Having this background music in the trailer really scratches that Nostalgia itch. No it's not the original english theme but it's a nice substitute. I wish they could have fit this or the original theme into the movie somewhere. And before anyone says anything yes I have heard the original Japanese soundtrack no it's not great like so many suggest it's just okay. It's not nearly good enough to rob me of a key bit of nostalgia but at least the Yu-Gi-Oh movie did it right.

Crikey, Hackmon has one heck of a deep voice, why? At the end of the day, it's still a rookie.

I don't know why they didn't use Birdramon's and Angemon's original voices for this one when they did for the first and third?
