😫 Parenting overwhelm is a universal experience that many of us can relate to.
It's a feeling that creeps in when we're juggling multiple tasks and trying to meet the endless demands of our kids.

🚪Knock, Knock.
🔔Distractions, interruptions, notifications. All these little things stack up and can suddenly push us over the limit.
Sometimes parenting feels like spinning plates, an endless loop where something is always missed.

🙈 We all get to that point where we need to just turn our phone off and have some quiet time. Sometimes if one parent does this to the other it can create friction.

🍽️ I think it's super important to come up with an easy phrase to express how you're feeling "I'm cooked" is one of my go-tos.
