Then why did mark deny alcohol when atom eve offered it to him at her tree house, he said he needs to be focused on the job, that wouldn’t make sense if it doesn’t affect him any ways he would just drink it.

I disagree it seems that a viltramite system likely processes foods and drinks much quicker so hypothetically if a viltramite were to drink a large enough of alcohol in a very small amount of time they’d likely feel the affects for a short time

Mark did say tho that he couldn’t drink because he was on duty. Don’t know if this was a formality, or if Mark is susceptible because of his human part. Either that or Viltrumites actually can get drunk since they aren’t perfectly immune to everything, but it just takes more alcohol to do it. Apparently, Viltrumites CAN get fat (to some degree), but it doesn’t really affect their performance (Lucan was still a great warrior). Maybe the added weight allowed him to break Nolan’s back😂
