"It's fuckin' lonely. I'm all apart." Beautifully written lines delivered perfectly.

How Roman handled this was so in character. The writers really could have turned up the emotional heartstrings of this scene and had him be sensitive for a second. But they didn’t because it wouldn’t have been the truth. Genius stuff.

It's great that they actually included the nuances of the incident in the confession. It would have been too easy for them to just write a scene where Kendall tells them the basic facts of what happened and they reassured him despite not having a reason to defend him. Them actually having a real conversation and finding out the important details like the fact that he did try to save him makes the scene a lot more powerful. It's not just one of those big tv moments where a long-running secret is revealed and then everyone leaves to process it on their own in shock. It's a real, deliberate, "difficult to have" conversation between actual people.

Considering how deeply I adore the score its a shock to me I absolutely love the fact this scene is completely silent. The silence is so good

"This sounds like the story of a hero to me. I would've been straight out of there". Roman being Roman.

“It’s fuckin lonely” anyone that’s been through some heavy shit can feel that delivery in their bones.

Unbelievable. One of the best scenes in the entire series. I cannot get over how amazing this moment was.

This scene and episode were the peak of the series so far.

There was something so beautiful about how the siblings supported him in that moment. That's what he needed.

Kendall is pretty much, at least in my opinion, the single greatest depiction of an addict I've ever seen in media, it's what makes his character so perfect for Jeremy strong because he intimately understands that aspect of the character so well, all the fucking guilt you carry, all the things you wish you never did, everything hitting you all at once, the crisis of identity and who you really are. Sucks he ended up just like his dad in the end, but if anything let that be a cautionary tale to those struggling, accept who you are, what you've been through, and stop the front, only then does the pain start going away man.

When Roman says: "What I mean is: Who is the real victim here?" for a moment I felt like he's acknowledging Kendall's pain in a way and wishing he didn't have to suffer so much internally because of what happened. But no lol, he follows it with: "I had to wait an hour for a gin and tonic." and I giggle with relief.

It's so funny that a show about spoiled silver spoon rich kids who always put up facades and approach everything with an angle, manages at the same time to be one of the most human shows I've ever seen.

This show needs to clean sweep the awards. Nothing on TV is remotely close to this right now.

The showing of the trash bags and cans is a perfect metaphor. Ken is sitting on the ground with all this garbage behind him; the bottom of the bottom
