It's beautiful seeing a unclogging drain on US because it's merely a mount of leaves... Not garbage... Here in Brazil the people throw out too much garbage on street and walk side.... It's too disappointing... The people not respecting own country... Own streets...

I would use a garden / bow rake . You don't know what is clogging the drain, you might injure your hands.
