It looks like you add the juice of 1 lemon to the eggs when tempering them then add all that back to the soup (it's included on the website)

Where is the LEMON, my father is from Cyprus. I know my Yia-Yia and Father's soup is full of lemon flavor. I thought that was what made it so special and the title of being Greek Soup.

Well I'm certainly going to make some tonight I visited another town in Virginia I went to a Greek restaurant and had some of it's kind of soup I absolutely loved it but the only bad thing they gave me too small a bowl so guess what I did looked it up on YouTube and I'm making it tonight it's absolutely delicious and I have all the right stuff
I was wondering when I was going to do with all the skinless chicken breast and skinless chicken thighs in the freezer so I chicken out of the freezer and I'm going to fix me some of that chicken and lemon soup tonight but I don't have any fresh lemons but I do have lemon juice but I'd rather have fresh lemons but it's going to be almost as good this way it is absolutely delicious 😋
