lol. yeah, I don't make anything from scratch at home that I can buy at a store. but Ive been a label reader my whole life.

I prepare most of my meals at home nowadays. I haven't made home-made dressing in quite a while (when it's winter, I just don't eat many salads because the lettuce has to travel a way to get me, it's super expensive and doesn't taste all that great). But summer will be here soon, which means super fresh local greens, so I'll be all-in with making my own dressings most of the time. I really like it because 1) I can use fresh ingredients, 2) I can easily make it more nutritious, and 3) I can adjust it to my taste. Caesar dressing is a perfect example--most of the time there isn't nearly enough garlic in the store-bought stuff, but if I make it myself I can adjust the garlic to my liking.

I can't do Primal Kitchen because it is too sour. I love vinegar but PK is a sour that is awful in the whole line. What can I replace with?

Hey Autumn, I love your videos, especially intermittent fasting "courses". I have a question, unfortunately, I couldn't find Celtic salt in my country, instead, I have bought Iodized sea salt, now I am seeing it is full of Potassium Iodate KIO3 and do not have any sodium, I wanted to know if Potassium iodate can be considered as electrolytes and maybe a good replacement for sodium?

I eat similarly to this - extremely clean - but am still badly overweight. I eat primal kitchen stuff, cauliflower rice sub, protein, and lots of veggies and fruits. My hormones and thyroid are fine except for having high testosterone. Why do you think this is?
