Omg this video gave my baby the confidence she needed. We did the exercises over one leg for like 2 days (barely 5 mins at a time) now she loves the exercises and loves to crawl on all 4s

Hey Lauren my son is just one week shy of 5 months, he still hates tummy time and keeps pushing out his arms to the side as if doing Superman exercises when in tummy time. 5 weeks ago he was rolling tummy to back intermittently and is no longer doing that. Can you please help me with some suggestions

Hey lauren! My son is 10 months old. He is not crawling still. He can sit up without support well and standing with support if we make him to stand. He is lifting is knees well and he is lifting his chest seperately not together. Can you suggest how to make him lift all four at once?

I try and do all of these... but the issue comes as soon as she is in the plank positions she always tries to roll back over... which makes it difficult to teach and support her body to use her arms... she does great in the sitting position though. Any suggestions or recommendations to.try and keep her from rolling or twisting her wasit to roll to encourage her using her arms in the plank positions?

My little guy is 7 months old and is good with tummy time but only on his forearms, he will not push up into straight arms. He is able to roll both ways and sit unassisted (never did a tripod sit), and has started to pull himself forward while on his belly, sort of like an army crawl but hasn't quite figured out how to kick his legs with his arms. Just worried as I'm reading that pushing into straight arms is a 5 month milestone. We've been trying to work on having him bear weight on straight arms and he will occasionally but he often bends his arms or gets frustrated. Is that something you see at this age? How can I encourage him to push into straight arms?

What if you baby only sometimes play with toys and does so even less so during tummy time (he hates it)? I dont have the benefit of distracting him to keep him from eventually crying during his tummy time exercises?
