Please note: This video is intended for competent heating and hot water engineers only, for example must be Gas Safe registered if working with gas, or have the Unvented Hot Water Qualification (G3).
We're joined on the build by Ian Trott from the Baxi Training Team to take a look at the Baxi 800 Combi Boiler.
Here's everything you need to know about the Baxi 800 Heat Only Boiler:
- 10 year parts and labour warranty*
- Built in the UK using top quality brass components
- Comes with an Adey Micro2 magnetic system filter to protect the heating system and boiler
- Fits inside a standard kitchen cupboard
- EasyFill makes it easy to top up the central heating system pressure without the need to call an engineer
- Certified to work with 20% hydrogen
The property that we're renovating was previously one large family home, until the previous owners downsized and converted one end of the property into a small cottage.
