In the lower control board on the swing down panel there are two variable resistors for temp control however only one is used by the hand wheel. The circuit board has provision for 240v +-CH and +-DHW relays assumed to be associated with each variable resistor. Is it feasible to use these to switch between CH & DHW flow temps monitoring to enable a Priority Hot Water Demand system from this boiler

Wondering if you can help I’ve moved into a house with baxi precision boiler I bled a radiator but depressurised the system it only had one on off black tap underneath how do you pressurise it without a filling loop ?

Please baxi update the 800, so it has 10 step modulation, also a preheat loop past the heat exchanger for an insulated cold, to help with part l requirements than gas heat recovery, also it maybe worth adding a heat pump loop for the heat exchange, so you can add a air source 4-8 kwh heat pump onto it (make that an 800 exclusive) for cheaper heating, naturally that means updating the controls to digital and have your thermostat able to see the. Users energy rates so it can pick the cheaper source to heat, and weather comp combined

Combined burner, pcb and fan sounds like its going to get expensive when something fails. Are these available separately?

Love these heat only boilers - can you add plume management kits or under eaves kits to the rear outlet flue?

Do you do an LPG version, or conversion kit ?

My Baxi 800 cycles on and off every 3 minutes while heating up to the roomstat temp. Switching the pump between the 3 speeds makes little difference. Likewise changing the flow temp made no difference, left it at 55 degrees. Why is it turning on and off so frequently and why is it on 50% of the time? It's no cheaper to run than my old boiler. I have a well insulated modern 3 bed semi.

A question, do you have to fit the Adey filter? Can you use a filter that sits in the horizontal plane instead if you’ve got spacing issues where the filter sits?
