*Fill Blank Cells Using Values from Above in Excel*
In this Shorts we’ll quickly learn to fill empty cells with the value from above cell. Here goes the steps:

Select the entire data range.
Press F5 on your Keyboard and click on “Special.”
Select Blanks and Click Ok.
Check the active cell and in the “Formula” bar write =B2 (Suppose your active cell was B3)
Press CTRL + Enter on your Keyboard
Select the range and press Ctrl + C to Copy
Press CTRL + ALT + V and select “Values” and click ok

Done. You’ve now successfully Filled Blank Cells Using Values from Above in Excel
