Two examples of rapid fossilization in recent time are, a valley up in Alaska that was hit by a tsunami, and in a few short years the fallen trees fossilized. Then there was Mt. St. Helens, 1980, trees fossilized soon after.

I think it is more likely that the Ark would have been cannibalized for buildings by Noah and family, rather than it be intact and found.

In relation to erosion as discussed in Q12, I went back to Bunbury in Western Australia a couple weeks ago for a holiday. They have a beach there called Back Beach, and at the northern end of the beach, the entire coast for about 2 kms is all basalt rock. I was there last year in Winter, and it was as described. When I was there a couple weeks ago, about 80% of that original rock is all gone and is replaced by beach. I couldn't believe it, and when I told my parents, they couldn't believe it either. We had lived in Bunbury for 10 years and had never seen it eroded like that. But it had eroded in about 9 months. Seeing that erosion helps undermine the belief that erosion is slow and that water isn't very destructive. It's amazing how powerful water can be, and how powerful a global flood could be.

If an archaeologist does not believe that Noah's Ark was authentic, then such an archaeologist cannot, by nature, bring himself to look for Noah's Ark. But here those who believe in God get authentic results, they find what they are looking for. Thank you Jesus. It seems that Noah's Ark has been found, right where the Bible said it was.😄❤

You would need 305 adult cows to sustain one male and one female juvenile, 5 cows for the journey, 200 to sustain them to adulthood, 100 more to build the trex population. Thats 25% of space on the ark if you include cow feed. You need 50 females and 5 males to prevent population collapse from inbreeding.

I’m almost 50. I was raised a Christian. Yet drifted. Up until just a few years ago I would’ve said all this was nonsense. I remember, maybe 5 or so years ago hearing about how scientists had discovered there was more water under the Earth’s crust than there is in the oceans. I wonder where that came from…..
