zeus is not just about the rain if we talk about rain that could be also mother gaia it depends on what you believe but zeus is the cosmic brain of god we live in if you believe we living in such a place he is the deity of life and many more it's not just the rain god. He is a deity like all greek deities require you to be virtues if you are a bad person worshipping zeus it won't do they never answer to bad persons not even in one in a million.
