Brother, I have allowed steam_api64.dll file through my windows defender and also confirmed it if it is in the gta v file directory but still same message is popping up "Entry Point Not Found" Procedure Entry point SteamApps could not be located in the dynamic link library (and there is my GTA V file location) Please help, happened before and I fixed it using this method, now not working.
