How to Install Script Mods in GTA V

It doesn't work for me. I downloaded script hook v plus script hook v dotnet and I made a script folder and put the mod files in the folder.

I created the folder "scripts" and dragged in the 2 files, still my mod doesnt work for some reason, help!!
