This car seat is insanely difficult to install. Literally struggled for 40 minutes to get a good fit - the cybex I've got I can literally fit the base in under 20 seconds. Fml.

I installed mine as suggested and its proper wobbly. Any tips on reducing this?

Tried this seat today. My LO is 5 months and the buckle seems too far under her and the straps are sat on her thighs rather than uo towards her hips. It seems uncomfortable on her legs when tightened properly for the shoulders?

I've installed the seat as the instructions in the manual and this video state. The seat appears to have side to side movement (rattles and shakes when going over a bump on only one side of the car). This seems to be movement from the ISOFIX clamps. Is this supposed to happen? Vehicle is a 2017 Volvo V60. Thanks

I am reading about top tether and have double checked my manual...this doesn't mention anything about a top tether for this seat. Could someone at Joie please confirm whether this seat needs a top tether. Thanks.

We had an accident today. A very fast vehicle came and hit me from the left rear door. I was driving the car. My wife was sitting behind me (on the left). The baby seat was mounted on the right rear. Thank goodness everyone is fine. The car was badly damaged. With the impact of the hit, we went off the road and spun. Do you think I should change the seat? While removing the baby seat at the service, I noticed that the locks are still green.

Just wasted 20 mins trying to install the Joie 360 in the centre seat of my Vauxhall Astra and finding the ISO spacings are wrong. Then the penny dropped - you can only install the child seat on either side!! None of the videos or Joie instructions mention that. A bit of research revealed that some stats claim the child is safer in the middle. I'd be interested to know if any cars have iso seat attachments for the rear centre seat and whether car standards are changing regarding provision for fixings for a centre seat?

I'm struggling to set up the isofix in my car. Everything shows green but the isofix is an inch higher from the actual car's seat. How do I make it sit snug on the car's seat?

Just purchased this seat and when trying to spin into the reward facing position the seat gets stuck / is difficult to turn due to coming into the contact with the back seat itself. How do we fix this? All connectors are green? X

This video is factually incorrect. The side panels are not released by the tightening of the belt as suggested. This occurs when the front buckle is pulled forward and laid flat over the edge of the seat.

That first child should not be wearing a thick coat and the floor mat should have been removed. Not great to see either in a manufacturers official install video.
