you forgot to look at the total amount of passengers carried in a year, since that keeps on growing, while the fatalities keep decreasing. its like a 1 in 40 million chance ( or since the last time i checked ) that u die on a plane

These percentages do not make any sense as long as you don’t compare the total air traffic amount globally. The fatalities have to be put into relation with the total air traffic that persists.

When my plane was landing 🛬 they said prepare for landing maybe a crash landing because it was foggy and they couldn’t see anything but it didn’t crash
