I think we have to start though with, you know, where we started at the beginning of this conversation with schools understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach for wellbeing in the workplace. And so, what they need to do is find out what the needs of their leaders are and what most schools don't have is a well-crafted workplace wellbeing survey that's tailored to the needs of school leaders. And I think that, that's an important starting point. Because there's no point going down the path of all these interventions that I’ve just outlined whether they be primary or secondary interventions without really knowing what are the issues in our school. And of course, you know, I’m sure you come across this in your work, there are issues of trust there. So in order to encourage school leaders to be honest about the issues there needs to be a trusting environment and that can be problematic for some schools. So I think, you know, finding out what the issues are developing a strategic approach, organisational interventions that improve the quality of the workplace for everyone. And then focus specifically on trying to disperse leadership and trying to provide support for leaders.
