Don't you think our vets deserve someone who has actually managed a hospital before? Jackson's experience is as a great doctor who managed a staff of 30 people at the WH. The head of the VA manages 154 hospitals, serves 9 million vets, and has a budget of over $2 billion. Vets deserve better!

So? Just because Obama ignored this man's defective character doesn't mean it excuses Trump's inability to properly screen this individual for the position to head the VA. I thought Trump was in the office because he was supposed to do the job of president better than his predecessor not just make the same mistakes (or worse).

Ever watch Obama’s heavy eyelids in many speeches after 2015? If I were an investigator and found out “the Candyman” was really the nickname of Adm. Jackson, I would ask Adm. Jackson if he were ever concerned about those heavy eyelids. Frankly, I thought some of Obama’s advisors were the cause, until Adm. Jackson’s fitness report in January. Has anyone ever commented on those eyelids of Obama’s.
