Thanks Chris. Nice to see some warheads on foreheads rather than just being an on-time tourist. Thumbs up for moar DCS and if that's a dedicated DCS channel then I'll sub for sure. It's great to see some of the tactical pre-planning considerations (sun direction) for this threat level, and timing of execution of the offset popup. I'll be refining my technique looking at this and the pixellated aloha snackbars will be going to meet their maker [ED] :)

Now that looks like lots of fun. I don't know but, maybe I am just displeased with helicopter's in MSFS. I love flying MSFS. I have had DCS World for some time now, just sitting and waiting for myself to kind of, you know get some sort of handle on it. I downloaded the Ka50 Black Shark. I like to think to fill my need to fly Helos. I guess I put in 75 hours in videos, 10 into the manual, 5 to 8 hours into the cockpit familiarization and startup, now I have the Nevada and Flaming Cliffs maps and a new HOTAS coming tomorrow. All because I wanted to fly a helicopter. I have to be out of my mind. Thanks for your upload well done; you, Sir are a good egg. Cheers

If you turn down the gain rocker on the MPCD you can make the EHSD much more visible but still see a darker map underneath.

Loved hearing your thought flow on this! would you really have egressed in a climb or was that just showing off? :D I can't wait for the Tornado to do this stuff in.

Tip I picked up from a CSAR pilot that you seem to know but others might not, was always fly over power lines at a pylon, that way you're more likely to know where the lines are. As a sim heli pilot ( and fairly often in a jet! )i invariably fly under them & one day I'm going to get tangled up, if they randomise the lines a bit...

Why not stay low after the bomb drop? Were there other ground forces near by?

So drag bombs at 1000 feet, that's why I always miss, release too high...:) Small machine guns/rpg's can literally take you out almost : Cheers~
