my problem is my wife can't choose which Echo device she'd drop in to - I have one at the Office and one at Home, she wants to drop in at the Office, but the calls seems to direct at Home all the time. Currently, I just told her to use my Alexa App log-in details so she has full control of the devices as well.

The Alexa drop-in feature has stopped working for me and I have no idea why.
We have 5 Alexas all over the house and this was a useful feature in our 3 story house.
We unplugged each of them one at a time and plugged them back in
and that solved the problem for one day but we are back to the same problem again.
If I tell it to dop-in everywhere it tells me we are online with 4 other devices
and if I then try and drop-in to one device it says I can't because there is a session
already open but we can't make use of that session. Nothing I do works.
I did not need another unexplained problem to solve.
