I love how Loid is a super smart and observant person but just completely accepts Yor's superhuman strength and combat capabilities as it was normal and goes "yeah, that checks out".

Can we just take a moment to appreciate that the word "forger" has a triple meaning and all meanings are relevant to the story? In its most inconspicuous meaning it can be used in the sense of "forge ahead" which just means to lead or to make progress, something a driven man like Loid, as the world's best spy, is definitely doing in his field. Then "forging" can also mean "to fake", which of corse is a spy's bread and butter but as a family name is also hinting that the Forger family might not be real when examined on a surface level. An then of course there's the deeper meaning that the Forger family is actually a forged family in the sense of "to found" or "to form" which underlines the found family theme of the whole show.

I assume that he’s somewhere between 28 and 33, as we know he joined the army at 16-17 ish and was scouted by WISE pretty soon after, though the exact timeline is unknown, and if he has around 10 yrs experience, it leaves him in his late 20s to early 30s.

i believe so too Yor is Loid's greatest weakness. why? for someone who is a great spy he turn a blind eye when it comes to Yor.
the only time he got suspicious is when he found out Yuri is part of the SSS. but when it comes to her abilities for some reason she is too dumb or even dense with all the signs. accepts the lamest excuse as well.

-felt guilty when he put a listening device and interrogates Yor.
-had 2nd thoughts on kissing, even a simple kiss which he is suppose to be used to.
-hesitates even for a second before performing Honey Trap on Yor. which in the past he used it shamelessly with his targets.

Loid is very meticulous with his missions but when choosing Yor as his wife, he didn't question her quick reflexes and super human strength and just went on with it. But then again, that makes Yor very capable and would allow him to go on missions without having to worry about the literal safety of Operation Strix
