DIY. How to build shaker style, under stairs storage units with pull out drawer

Today I show the process of building these under stairs shaker style storage units from start to finish. The whole job took me 3 days work, roughly 21 hours and cost around the £150 mark after adding the cost of the push to open bumpers.

We actually are gonna have an exact (maybe bigger) empty space under the stairs in my house whenever we get the stairs... so this is gonna be a good inspiration 😊🙌

Would it be a waste of material if you built individual units and then just slotted them in side by side. Thinking of doing this but I want atleast one large slide out drawer

Hi Phil, this has helped so much thanks. Just wondering if you found 12mm MDF was substantial enough, or did the fact you did panelling fix that anyway. Seen a few ppl saying go up a few sizes but it'd stick out a bit if I get much thicker. Cheers.
