Here is a quick description of this fun, metabolic workout.
We will perform six exercises during this workout. Each exercises is done for three sets. The work intervals are 60 seconds long and the rest intervals are 30 seconds long. Perform as many repetitions as it is possible during the work intervals. However, always be mindful of your working pace and form. No injuries!

Coach Paul, this was another great one for a Monday, especially after the Super Bowl. Yes, go ahead and rub it in about your KC team. It was well really a well designed workout and did the job as you always do. In fact I was great full that it was not jumping around since I was not in too good of shape after a bit too much “cocktail” sauce at the neighbors, if you know what I mean in quotations” ;)
