Austin prices are just about at California's inland valley prices right now. Scary.

I haven't seen all of your videos, but about 1/2 a dozen. I'd be interested to see in the attic to see what type of insulation these homes have. Foam, blown, solar board, etc. It can make a huge difference. We talked to a builder 2 wks ago looking at a spec house (about 4, 500 sq ft) and he said the elec bill in July was less than $200. And that's similar to what we've heard from other builders that have used the foam. That's a huge diff in what our current home Above the garage but plywood and nails, and the current house builder was a big shortchanger. So if you could do that it would be great. Thank you, and love the commentary, and not being afraid to say something you don't like.

Almost my decorating but definitely needs a pop of color. I added teal/turquoise. Everything is the same black and grey or silver would add some happiness with pop of color. Odd all new homes are exactly the colors I have loved for years and every house I sold was bought from realtor or someone in the field always got compliments on my decor got rid of too much brown wood look and it made it look like new home. Always have had Perry and in 90s were best built. Had copper tubing in attic and all brick never ever had anything come apart or crack. Real wood cabinets. I miss the last one it was large one story with 3 car detached garage 10k lot. Hard to find in Texas now with that size lot.

So basically, $200 a square foot. Tulsa and OKC it's running (for this type of house) about $125 (just for comparison).

The storage is where you put the washer and dryer there was an out plug for the washer and dryer 🤷‍♀️

Perry Homes in Easton Park has gone up ridiculously in price. I want to live in Austin but the housing market is unrealistic for even middle wage folks.

Over priced and that shower could have been bigger in the master instead of two towel closets . I saw a house you put up for $495000 with that glass door to the pantry and the 4 foot wide metal front door that was only 10 k more and way nicer .

I actually like this house, however, I think the home is way overpriced for what you get. I live in Michigan and not TX, so I don't know what prices for homes are in that particular area. P.S. the room you mistaken for a storage area is actually the laundry room.

In a few years this home is going to be so dated and hard to sell. Too trendy.
