You two are by far the best home tour guides I have ever seen and I have listened and watched many.

That is gorgeous. It looks like a home and not a trophy

This is Lake Austin (constant level). Lake Austin is downstream from Travis. If you want to get technical, both are The Colorado River. More and more people are moving even further upstream form Travis (also Colorado River), to Lake LBJ, which is also a constant level lake. Lake Travis & Lake Austin truly look like completely different lakes. Lake Austin is much more narrow, no sailboats allowed for this very reason. Travis is sprawling, but extremely prone to droughts and flooding. Travis has been in a drought for at least 4 years now. I can't help but think of the people who bought a home on Travis a few years ago, and have never been able to enjoy it to it's fullest. First world problems, but if you did purchase a home on Travis and the drought ended, it would be a tough call to enjoy it for a year and hope that the rain continued or to sell while the water was high, hoping to recoup your money. I love Lake Austin, and always dreamed of living on this lake as a kid, but it has become unrealistic for me, financially speaking. But, for those of you thinking about moving here, it gets HOT HOT HOT and humid.

My husband and I got married here in July. The creek it sits on reminds us of Hawaï

As a Native Texas I just cant have two Brits talk me into an Austin property...this was apparent..when they said Austin has a "boating lifestyle"..which is NOT correct...Austin has boats..that people take out...maybe a little more in the summer....but by no means a "Boating Lifestyle"....some of the walls remind me of those big cement blocks in high school gyms and locker rooms..The first three rooms are nice..but the green sofa is by no means a family sofa..and a games table is usually a low set rectangular coffee table...I dont know what the coffee table "rising" has to do with being a glorified games table...Being below road level ALSO means WATER IS GOING TO FLOW DOWN...from all the properties above....Maam..this is NOT LONDON...this is Austin, TEXAS...Also I am not paying $70, 000 for an extra long side table....The master bedroom was a bit underwhelming...it should have been bigger.its dindt have much not many people want to sleep with fur hanging on top of them....the house is a bit unorganized...the guest bedroom being next to the laundry room seems a bit of an insult..also they just showed one other bedroom...so is this a three bedroom house?....additionally....we only saw one bathroom....is everyone sharing one gym seems a bit of a waste...i would convert the gym into a large family room and make the family room upstairs a semi formal room or something....All the stairs in the house will get slippery when it rains...so good patio is a win win....but the SWAMPY WATER....I guess Maam can dress up in a nice bikini and swat the Texas mosquitos off my back..once it rains and in the summer..the lake side....its swampy water...its going to attract all kinda critters..thank god Austin doesnt have gators..but this seems like a nice place for a gators in like every detail of the home...the rooms are open and big...I like all the a functional home...I WILL TAKE IT!!!!..for $2.5 Million MAX!

I've watched hundreds of thousands of house tour video clips here on Youtube, and this is one of the best! I love the colors inside and outside views full of green. And the ways of taking the pictures, it makes me feel like I'm walking aound the house for real. Fantastic!

Definitely prefer this type of of houses, not those Malibu, Cali or Florida boring square boxes! And lakeside? Sold!

The outside of the home is gorgeous. However, the inside of the home didn’t sell for me. The interior designing did not sit well with me as a home stager myself. Beautiful Home!! ❤❤❤

For a big home it looks incredibly comfy

Stunning home, but the backyard and outdoor furnishings look unkept, cluttered, and low budget. Considering the price point, this home could benefit from better staging and more tidy landscaping and some elbow grease.

*** This house currently shows as NOT FOR SALE...also original value of the home was 3.4 Million dollar and went up to $25 million because they renovated it and filled in all that junk tha tyou see in the video..including the $70, 000 side is 6 bedroom and 5 bath..but we only saw one major guys need to redo the video...

lovely home and I loved how much tough was put into the design element of the home. but for the price point it all seemed like individual places and its definitely not open.

As an Austinite, I can tell you with certainty that there is nothing in Austin worth paying $25 Million to live there... lol. Absolutely nothing.

C'est un géant qui vit dans cette villa immense de par le hauteur des sous plafonds, des fauteuils.

Very nice place, and Texas is up and coming. Heading maybe to be the new California. My worry though, living on the shore of an inland fresh water lake like this, is mosquitoes! 😬

**Insert generic comment about how much more space/home you could get in some other random country/location.**
