New home sales in central Texas are down 39% since 2022. DR Horton / Lennar still trying to sell 1800 sq ft homes for $425k+. You know what you get with a $425k mortgage? You get a $2700 per month mortgage payment. One of you lose a job, your toast.

Perfect if it had 3 car garage. Or extension. Beautiful home.

One problem I see is builder didn't think ahead for people who may need a walker or wheelchair especially going through doorways to bedroom or bathroom!! The dining room windows doesn't have a pretty view that's for sure. The house is nice but nothing extra that one would expect in TX.

so the community price range is 200k and up, but not this house.... maybe next time post the picture of the house that's 200k, and not something like 450k+ and say 200k house lol

This is a gorgeous house. I'm only thinking that even though there's lots of sunlight and rooms being on the ground floor, is there anything to make the bedroom windows more private that people can't see inside but owners can see out?

Yeah lot of windows snd in warm places it brings in more heat and makes it more hot. Needs lot of curtains atleast going to cost you 20000$ for such a big house.
