WORST Idea Ever! Ohio Balloon Fest

Cleveland Ohio once tried to release millions of balloons at once for a fundraiser, known as the Balloon Festival. It didn't work out well.

Dude can you imagine the sheer bullshit of drowning, and as your vision starts to darken you catch a glimpse of HUNDREDS of balloons covering the surface of the water. I would be madder than humanly possible for the last few seconds. I'm literally dying here and people dumped balloons in the ocean, sealing my fate.

Omg, I remember this. Even when was 11 I knew that it was a bad idea. As a Cleveland taxpayer, I can confirm that this city has chosen to do some of most ridiculous stuff and that’s why we have no money. They only fixed up downtown because we hosted the RNC, but the rest of the city looks like Detroit. As for balloons, people are always getting shot and killed so there’s forever clumps of Mylar balloons stuck in tress and power lines because huge groups of people release them on shooting or other tragic anniversaries.

You can't sue for that mount and say you were hurt. That's the problem with courts these days, it should only pay for the court and the funeral...no funeral costs 3.2 mil.
