The reason why it crashed into the apartment building was that the pilot had turned on the flap, but in the wing that lost 2 engines, the hydraulic system was damaged, so the flap could not be activated, it was only on 1 wing. The lift on that wing would be much higher, causing the plane to overturn and crash

The fact that it was really a single engine failure but the engine took the number 4 engine with it along with some of the wing’s leading edge which was extremely unfortunate

For those who are disrespecting to the passengers (a woman inside) and crew by typing "Free Palestine, " 4 and more than 40 people died in the crash. How is this possible for you all? As a Muslim in Malaysia, I respected the crash in 1992 (both Thai, PIA, Libyan, Martinair and El Al. So please make the world peace again. Rest in peace to all the crew, a woman inside, and 40+ people who passed away.

The fact the plane stayed airborne for as long as it did with only 2 engines on it’s wing is a miracle if I’ve ever seen one

there was a boeing 707 also with the same case without 2 engines they still luckily landed it safely it was trance air service flight 761 but it was a cargo plane
