This is nuts! When I interviewed with Amazon, I had the 2 question Leetcode assessment and then an onsite with 5 different interviews. I can’t believe they’d hire anyone without doing proper interviews with engineers.

New grad round is much easier, are you complaining not getting the standard 5 rounds 1 hour onsite interview?

Step 1: Be a coding genius right out of graduation.
Step 2: Apply for job and beat all assessments like nothing.
Step 3: Get the job.

There are orgs that specialize in preparing people for interviews and coding challenges with Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc. It isn't as easy as you make it sound.
