Can local account access file from the 8 user? and can one of those 8 user be used on multiple device (login in more than one computer), does it show up like google drive?

i have some question, Can i save 1 file to 2 place(beestation and external drive, i want to set external drive to raid 1。

For example, Cellphone’s photo through the beephoto app save to beestation, and use phone/laptop copy the file to external drive.

One more thing that could help someone is that i am having a hard time uploading photos i have on an external ssd ( formatted as APFS ) on this NAS. The mac app is only allowing local files to be added to myphotos. ( not from a mounted drive, and not from a symlink ). I have around 150 Gb of photos on my SSD, and dont have so much space on my mac, so am basically stuck.
