Spooky scary gravity sends shivers down orbit

Newton really was one of the most intelligent guys who ever lived

Spooky action at a distance is an Einstein quote relating to quantum entanglement

Spooky action at a distance was termed by Einstein which was later understood as Quantum Entanglement

I thought Einstein was the one who called the spooky action at a distance ?

In his defense: 350 years on, we still can't explain it.

Not only was it Einstein who coined the term Spooky Action At A Distance, but Newton didn't actually know what gravity is, he doesn't mention it anywhere. The best that Newton came up with is the equation to determine the escape velocity needed to leave the earth...
No one knows what gravity is yet.

Really like the idea of 17th century renowned physicist and mathematician Isaac Newton using the word 'spooky' to describe a cosmic phenomenon

I thought it was Einstein who called it "spooky"?

Tyson should not be making such elementary errors, my dear Rogan.

Newton did not say that.Thia is validated by the etymology of "spooky" which derive from the Dutch word for apparition, or specter and was first introduced to English at the turn of the nineteenth century, long after the super obnoxious Newton was dead and decayed.

Einstein actually coined the expression "spooky action at a distance" to make fun of quantum entanglement. Ultimately Einstein was shown to be incorrect.

Newton said Action at a Distance. Einstein added the spooky part. Either this was edited by a moron (most likely) or NDT screwed up (ok also very likely)

In elementary school they talk about these people as if they just made an interesting observation and said, “There should be a name for that.”

But no - these guys were spending weeks, months, years taking measurements and observations and confirming their hypotheses. They wrote new math equations and passed this information on to engineers and inventors who eventually created the modern world. They were geniuses.

Did the word 'spooky' exist in Newton's day? I doubt it. I thought Einstein coined this term?

The scene is edited, he's saying Einstein said it not Newton.

Didn't Albert Einstein describe entanglement in quantum physics as spooky action at a distance?

He did not speak English to say SPOOKY
