5 students arrested in Duval County after making threats toward schools, officials say

There have been nine arrests pertaining to school threats in Jacksonville since Aug. 1, the agency said, with one student as young as 11.

The parents are to blame for these kids behavior. This goes all the way back to Columbine. They don't know or care what their kids are doing. Kids and their parents all need to face serious charges with long-term consequences in their lives.
